Thirty Day Book Challenge #15: First “chapter book” you can remember reading as a child

My first chapter book was one of the Baby-sitter’s Little Sister books by Ann M. Martin. There are over 120 of these books. Which one did I read first? I wish I knew.

It was probably Karen’s Roller Skates, but it might just be that that is the only one of the series that I remember well. It was around 100 pages long, and I read it when I was 4 or 5. I vaguely recall the plot, but since the plot consists of Karen falling down and breaking her wrist while roller skating, there isn’t a lot to write about.
